Harbour Authorities of all types have been examined recently by the DfT. The Trust Ports Review and the Municipal Ports Review set out the guidelines and we have assisted Harbour Authorities to review their governance arrangements, suggest options for change and implement those changes. Invariably this will entail extensive consultation and we have the facilities to undertake wide-ranging consultation exercises, online if suitable.
