Marine Enforcement was formed in 2001 by three members of the MCA's first Enforcement Unit and it is now a trading name of the parent company regs4ships Ltd. Marine Enforcement is not just about prosecutions and enforcement but the name is well known and respected and has stuck. The Directors are all experienced Master Mariners, Surveyors and Examiners and we have developed particular skills to assist ports with all manner of matters ranging from assistance with compliance with the Port Marine safety Code to the reconstitution of Harbour Boards.
We specialise in assisting harbour authorities with regulatory and compliance issues. We are renowned for providing swift and practical assistance that always provides workable and worthwhile solutions. We dislike unnecessary paperwork and our experience has shown that whilst it is easy to make a complicated matter more difficult the secret is to keep it simple.
Our fees are modest and we don't hit the billing clock every time we pick up the phone.
