Flying Inflatable Boats (FIBs) Marine Enforcement have assisted Portland Harbour Authority Ltd with managing the use of a FIB within its jurisdiction. A FIB is a small rigid inflatable boat powered by an aircraft propeller and equipped with a hang-glider type wing.
