Marine Enforcement was formed in 2001 by three members of the MCA's first enforcement unit. The Partners are all experienced Master Mariners, Surveyors and Examiners. We have developed particular legal skills to assist ports with prosecutions and enforcement. We specialise in assisting harbour authorities with regulatory and compliance issues. We are renowned for providing swift and practical assistance that always provides workable and worthwhile solutions.
